These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Maker Gully LLC websites, apps, and professional services. By using our sites or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Services
We offer software products (apps and web tools) and professional services such as Digital Presence Audits and related website analysis. Scope, deliverables, and fees for professional work are described in the engagement materials or invoice we provide. Advisory assessments are point-in-time opinions, not certifications, security audits, or legal advice.
Accounts and access
Some products require an account. You are responsible for credentials you control and for activity under your account. Admin portals used to deliver client work are for Maker Gully staff unless we expressly invite you.
Payment
Fees are due as stated on the invoice or checkout page. At this time we accept payment online by card through Stripe only. Other payment methods may be offered in the future. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the invoice or checkout is issued. Taxes may apply as noted on the invoice.
Refunds
Digital products and completed professional deliverables are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. If a Stripe payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend further work until resolved.
Intellectual property
Maker Gully retains ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. Upon full payment for a Digital Presence Audit or similar engagement, you receive a license to use the delivered report and invoice for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our reports as a product. Our trademarks (including Maker Gully) remain ours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our sites or products: no scraping that degrades service, no unauthorized access, no illegal content, and no attempts to reverse engineer paid unlocks or payment flows.
Disclaimer
Sites and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website analysis findings reflect conditions observed at the time of assessment and are not a guarantee of rankings, compliance, security, or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maker Gully LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes for ongoing paid services will be communicated when practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Connecticut have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
