Maker Gully LLC ("Maker Gully," "we," "us") operates makergully.com and related apps and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us (name, email, business name, website domain) when you inquire, subscribe, or engage our services.
  • Payment information processed by Stripe when you pay an invoice or purchase a product. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Newsletter data if you subscribe to Team of One (email address and confirmation status).
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure our sites.

How we use information

  • To deliver products, website analysis engagements, invoices, and support.
  • To process payments through Stripe.
  • To send Team of One posts and transactional messages you request (confirm, unsubscribe).
  • To improve reliability and prevent abuse.

Payments

At this time we accept payment online by card through Stripe only. Other payment methods may be offered in the future. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data they process. See stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate (for example Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery) under agreements that limit use to providing those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep engagement, invoice, and accounting records as needed for legal and business purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive lists. You can ask us to update or delete contact data where we are not required to retain it.

  • Email support@makergully.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold.

Children

Our services are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
